Paula worked in the legal field for nearly twelve years for well-known commercial litigation firms in Houston. With the best of intentions, she saw smart, driven professionals take care of clients but not themselves. In an effort to reduce stress, live better, and truly be able to enjoy a fine meal after a long week, she took up fitness and radically changed her life. Now Paula works to help other people find balance in their personal and professional lives, by losing weight, getting fit but still enjoying good food, wine and the wonderful things in life.
